This wheel thrown grater plate is made from a white stoneware clay body and has a clear glossy glaze covering the surface. Sharp teeth on this dish do a fantastic job at grating both garlic and ginger. Add a tiny bit of water to the dish and swirl around to help the garlic into your meal, or add olive oil directly to the dish with some salt to enjoy as a dipping treat!
